Meet Our Leadership and Staff
Aaron Ipock serves as Senior Pastor at FBC Rogersville. Aaron’s call to ministry began at the First Baptist Church in Springfield, Missouri in 2016 as a Student Pastor. In 2018, the Lord impressed upon Aaron’s heart to begin preaching, and that’s when Aaron felt the call upon the Lord to Pastor one day. Aaron pastored at North Star Baptist Church in Strafford for two years before coming to the First Baptist Church of Rogersville in October of 2023.
Aaron married his high school sweetheart, Julie, in May of 2009. Since that time, the Lord has blessed them with two beautiful children Haven (10) & Cohen (4). As a family, they enjoy being outdoors, riding their side-by-side, camping, and spending time at the lake. Their family's Bible verse that they stand upon is found in Joshua 24:15 - “As for me and my family, we will serve the Lord.” Aaron and his family are excited for what God has in store for their ministry at FBC as they seek to know Him, and to make Him known.
Greetings! My name is Bradley Hunt and I am excited to be a part of Rogersville First Baptist Church. My wife and I have attended this church for 9 years and loved every minute of worshipping, learning, and teaching God! I am the Worship Director and Choir Director! Outside of church, you will find me loving my job as a Special Education Preschool Teacher in a local district! Come join us at Rogersville and see what God has in store for you!
I’m a student at Mission University, studying pastoral studies with a minor in biblical counseling. I have a desire to see the next generation on fire For Christ! I have a passion for teaching kids The Bible. My goal and desire is for the students of FBC Rogersville to obtain a biblical worldview and look at life through the lens of scripture.
In my free time you can find me in the woods. I enjoy all things hunting and fishing and if I’m not in the woods, you can catch me reading books, mostly written by old dead guys. I love talking sports and theology. I’m passionate about all things, KC and Mizzou!

I am Lora Hopper, and I am blessed to be a part of First Baptist Church of Rogersville for forty-two years and growing. As I have matured in the Lord, He has guided my path in many directions in which to serve Him. Where God leads, I follow. I have had my ministry callings for forty-two years, matching my forty-two years working with teachers and children in public education. I am always willing to be open for ministry. My Christian areas of growth has been highly focused in the Children’s Ministry at church through God’s direction to serve for sixteen years as Co-Youth Leader, additional years in Sunday School, AWANAs, Vacation Bible School, summer ministries and the Bus Ministry. I am excited to be a part of welcoming new members to First Baptist. I look forward to fellowshipping with my First Baptist Church family and continuing serving God.
I’m Dorothy Fann and I’m proud to be a part of First Baptist Church of Rogersville for about forty years. As a retired LR teacher, I’m blessed to be able to teach in many various programs of our church. I work with leading the Tuesday morning’s Women’s Bible study, third and fourth grade girls in AWANA, Bible school, and the Stephen’s Ministry as a leader and minister. Also, I send Stephen Ministry grief books to those who are grieving.
God has blessed me with the ability to repair things and my truck carries the tools to do the jobs. The "never-ending" campus repairs offer a challenge that keeps my body and brain active. When a situation is beyond my ability, I hire a professional with the approval of the Trustees.
My church maintenance position is an extension of my CARPENTER’S TOOLBOX MINISTRY (small tasks done in Jesus' Name) which began back in the late ’90s. When folks call, I assess the task to see if I can do the job, and if not, I reject the request. My “TOOLBOX“ labor is free and the church has a small budget for expenses if needed to help the caller. After the task is completed, I tell no one as I feel that I would lose God’s Blessing for helping others.
